I think that he is right.  The post suggests that this is why India is keeping quiet and not attacking Pakistan, even though we have ample reason to. The Kolkata Libertarian  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.palit.com\/2002_11_24_tkl_archive.asp#85729740\">thinks<\/a> that the second part of the analysis is nonsense. I think that he is partly right  and mostly wrong.<\/p>\n<p><b>Update: <\/b> Swaminomics <a href=\"http:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/cms.dll\/xml\/comp\/articleshow?artid=29889222\">weighs in<\/a> on whether the Iraq war will help the Indian economy. His verdict: Yes, but in the long run.
