A hospital had organized a free health check-up for us overworked IT employees. It turns out that I have slightly less blood sugar than is ideal and am slightly heavier than I should be. To fix the first problem, I should consume sweet stuff more frequently and that will worsen the second problem. What should I do?

Experiment with various combinations of (glasses of fresh lime water – sweet) and (minutes on treadmill).
Eat lots of fruit such as mangoes and bananas, and exercise. These have lots of sugar, but it’s fructose, vs sucrose. Fructose good, sucrose very bad! Further, Bananas have lots of potassium. Most of us have a sodium-potassium imablance – lots of sodium (salt) not enough of the potassium to balance it out. This is also corrected with cardio exercise (you sweat, which is a saline solution, but when you replace it, you replace it only with water, thus getting rid of the sodium, and balancing things again.
Conclusion, there ain’t no way to escape the exercise. Full stop. Oh yes, and try and avoid refined sugar, for natural sugar (which in this day and age is practically impossible to do, but can accomplished with a Gandhi-like iron will. Note I mean the Independence Gandhi, not Rahul Gandhi….
Chant with me. ‘He is Science. He is Politics. He is Divine. He is our Lord and He is us’. Three times a day for three years.
Or you should seek certificates of three people who were educated in India and send it to Seattle through Pigeons which don’t contribute to global warming.
Eat healthy and do cardio.
Easier said than done.
