How Difficulties in Recognizing One’s Own Incompetence Lead to Inflated Self-Assessments
Incompetent people overestimate their competence and can’t recognise competence in others. Smart people tend to underestimate their own competence. I guess that is why I have such an inferiority complex and no one has yet recognised my genius.
